Level 6 Extended Diploma in Theology and Management

Your Theological qualifications must have global recognition. The awarding body must be accredited by state-recognized accreditation bodies.
That is why the Theological and Mission Centre of Accra Business School has in collaboration with Award for Training and Higher Education (ATHE) in the UK developed a globally recognized Level 6 Extended Diploma in Theology and Management awarded by ATHE and regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examination Regulation (Ofqual), England.
The 12 Month Level 6 Extended Diploma in Theology & Management is equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and can be used to progress to various master’s programme in a number of universities in the UK.
The content of the programme has been crafted to meet the training needs of the 21st-century Leaders and the Human Capital needs of the mordern church.
QUALIFICATION OBJECTIVES
The qualification aims to develop knowledge and understanding of theology alongside knowledge, understanding and skills in Management practice. The learning is integrated so that increased in understanding of theology is set alongside application of this understanding in a pastoral context. The learning will help learners to work more effectively in their various roles in the church communities. It will support individuals who are intending to enter ministry as a pastor or to undertake missionary work. Some learners may wish to work in church organisations using their particular areas of
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
These qualifications are designed for learners who are typically aged 21 and above. Learners may have already participated in studies in higher education or participated in training in a related field study. Mature learners can present a more varied profile of achievement that is likely to include extensive relevant work experience (paid and/or unpaid) with levels of responsibility, participation and /or achievement of a range of relevant professional qualifications. Ths experience from working in pastoral or administrative roles in Pentecostal churches or their communities may provide suffiecient evidence for individual to embark on this level of study and meet the required standards.
PROGRESSION
On successful completion ot the ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Theology and Management, learners may have the opportunity to:

- Become a Pastor ans/or gain career progression and promotion within the pentecostal/ Charismatic church.
