The Advanced Programme in Biblical Studies, Practical Theology and Ministry Leadership Course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders in religious communities. This course focuses on the practical application of theological concepts and biblical principles in ministry settings, such as pastoral care, outreach, worship, preaching, community building, conflict resolution, and social justice.
This comprehensive, 8-week Executive Leadership for Pastors course equips pastors with essential leadership skills and strategies to effectively lead their congregations and communities. It covers a range of topics, including organizational management, strategic planning, personal development, community outreach, and ministry in the digital age. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a solid foundation in leadership principles and practices that can be applied to their ministry contexts.
This 10-day course in Pastoral Care and Counseling is designed to equip students with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of pastoral care and counseling. The course will cover a range of topics to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families in need. Students will learn effective counseling skills for crisis intervention, grief counseling, marriage and family counseling, substance abuse counseling, and more. The course will also focus on integrating faith into counseling practice, and developing a strong ethical and professional framework.
This 5-day course in Hermeneutics and Preaching is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to interpret the Bible accurately and effectively, and to deliver compelling sermons that engage and inspire their audiences.
This 5-day course in Systematic Theology is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. The course will cover the major themes of theology including the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, salvation, the church, and eschatology. Students will learn how to think theologically and apply their understanding to their daily lives.
This course in Church Growth is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate church growth and development. The course will cover the principles and practices of church growth including evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and strategic planning. Students will learn how to assess the needs of their churches and develop effective strategies for growth.
This course in Church Administration and Finance is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage the administrative and financial aspects of a church. The course will cover topics such as budgeting, financial management, human resource management, and legal compliance. Students will learn how to develop and implement effective administrative and financial policies and procedures.
The 8-week online Advanced programme in Christian Marriage and Family Therapy provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective Christian marriage and family Counselors. The program focuses on the integration of Christian faith and practice with the principles of marriage and family therapy.
Immerses graduate students in an integrated approach to theological graduate education that draws from theology, biblical studies, history, and the pastoral arts, thus enabling the student to engage in theological and spiritual reflection within a vibrant, Christian community.
Specially crafted to meet the needs of the 21st century Christian leader and the human capital needs of the modern church. This 12-Month qualification is equivalent to a bachelors and can be used to progress to various masters programme in a number of universities in the UK.

Who is TEAM?
At the Theological Education and Missions Centre (TEAM), Jesus is the centre of our mission: to equip the saints for the works of ministry by providing a practical Bible School education that combines theological knowledge with real-world experience.
