5-Day Programme in Administration & Management
Next Intake (July 17th to 21nd, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 2023)
This course aims to equip pastors with administration and management skills to effectively lead and organize their ministries. Participants will explore organizational principles, communication strategies, financial management, and leadership development.
The content of the programme has been crafted to meet the training needs of 21st-century Leaders and the Human Capital needs of the mordern church.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
- Enhance pastors’ understanding of administration and management in a ministry context.
- Develop essential skills for effective organization and communication.
- Provide practical tools for financial management and leadership development.
- Encourage the application of learned principles in real-world ministry settings.
