This comprehensive, 8-week Executive Leadership for Pastors course equips pastors with essential leadership skills and strategies to effectively lead their congregations and communities. It covers a range of topics, including organizational management, strategic planning, personal development, community outreach, and ministry in the digital age. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a solid foundation in leadership principles and practices that can be applied to their ministry contexts.

THE 30-Day Bible School in Biblical Studies & Ministry
This 30-day course in Biblical Studies and Ministry is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the Bible and its application in ministry. The course will cover a range of topics to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of biblical interpretation, theology, and practical ministry skills. Students will learn how to interpret biblical texts, develop their own theology, and apply biblical principles in their ministry practice. The course will take place over a period of 6 weeks, with 5 days of instruction per week.

The 5-Day Programme in Hermeneutics & Preaching
This 5-day course in Hermeneutics and Preaching is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to interpret the Bible accurately and effectively, and to deliver compelling sermons that engage and inspire their audiences.

The 5-day Programme in Systematic Theology
This 5-day course in Systematic Theology is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. The course will cover the major themes of theology including the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, salvation, the church, and eschatology. Students will learn how to think theologically and apply their understanding to their daily lives.

The 5-Day Programme in Church Growth
This course in Church Growth is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate church growth and development. The course will cover the principles and practices of church growth including evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and strategic planning. Students will learn how to assess the needs of their churches and develop effective strategies for growth.

The 5-Day Programme in Church Administration & Finance
This course in Church Administration and Finance is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage the administrative and financial aspects of a church. The course will cover topics such as budgeting, financial management, human resource management, and legal compliance. Students will learn how to develop and implement effective administrative and financial policies and procedures.

Who is TEAM?
At the Theological Education and Missions Centre (TEAM), Jesus is the centre of our mission: to equip the saints for the works of ministry by providing a practical Bible School education that combines theological knowledge with real-world experience. We believe this approach is essential for producing effective missionaries and church leaders who can positively impact their communities. TEAM is the theological department of Accra Business School.
