The Executive Leadership for Pastors course is designed to be completed in 8 weeks, with a total of 48 hours of instruction time. This includes lectures, group discussions, practical exercises, and a capstone project. The course can be offered in a variety of formats, including in-person, online, or as a blended learning experience.
