Executive Leadership for Pastors

This comprehensive, 8-week Executive Leadership for Pastors course equips pastors with essential leadership skills and strategies to effectively lead their congregations and communities. It covers a range of topics, including organizational management, strategic planning, personal development, community outreach, and ministry in the digital age. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a solid foundation in leadership principles and practices that can be applied to their ministry contexts.

COURSE DURATION

The Executive Leadership for Pastors course is designed to be completed in 8 weeks, with a total of 48 hours of instruction time.
